Farvel og Tak (2016)

Farvel og Tak (Thank you and Goodbye) is a project based on a series of photographs taken in 1973 by Erik V. Pedersen documenting the demolition of Denmarks first express train: the Litra MS. The photographs has been digital altered and than exposed, using cyanotype, on yellow paper found in the same area as where the originals were shot.

  • The project was exhibited as part of the exhibition "DSB Byen" - a homage to the repair and maintenance facilities of the Danish National Train Service (DSB) located in southwestern Copenhagen. The exhibition was part of the architecture festival CAFx 2016.

  • In May 2016 the project was exhibited at the headquarters of DSB in Høje Tåstrup.

Laser print and cyanotype on paper, various dimensions.
